Sahlen's Retains Title Sponsorship Of Famed Six Hours Race Through 2010

Sahlen Packaging Company, the title sponsor of The Glen’s June Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series race since 2003, has renewed its partnership with the historic road course for another three years. Sahlen’s will continue as the title sponsor of the Sahlen’s Six Hours of The Glen and is currently the longest running, ongoing title sponsorship at WGI. The 27th Running of the Sahlen’s Six Hours of The Glen will be part of an action packed race weekend at The Soul of American Road Racing featuring five races and four different racing series, June 6-8.

Despite not having an entry in the famed 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Corsa Motorsports team will be well represented at the event next week. Team owner Steve Pruitt plans to attend the race activities, and all three drivers on the Corsa roster have secured rides with other teams. Gunnar Jeannette will share the wheel of the Radical AER (LMP1), Johnny Mowlem will team with Creation AIM (LMP1), and Ralf Kelleners, who will drive with Mowlem and Jeannette at Petit Le Mans, is in the Spyker C8 Laviolette (GT2).
