Lexus got off to the perfect start with the win at Daytona

Two championships, a Rolex 24 at Daytona victory and a host of records were among the many highlights for Lexus during the 2008 Grand-American Rolex Sports Car Series Daytona Prototype season.

Lexus-powered drivers Scott Pruett and Memo Rojas took home the series driver’s championship, while their Chip Ganassi Racing team garnered its third series title in the past five years to increase Lexus’ championship haul to six since entering the series in 2004.

Green is a common theme with Drayson-Barwell's GT2 effort in the American Le Mans Series. The transporter is green. So is the team's Aston Martin Vantage GT2. Even more important, though, is the green mindset the British team has employed all season. Brandon Davis Takes New Jersey SPEED GT Pole

(Sept. 26, 2008) – Brandon Davis, of Huntington Beach, Calif., took his second SCCA Pro Racing SPEED World Challenge GT Championship pole of 2008 in tricky conditions for Saturday’s Round Eight race at New Jersey Motorsports Park’s Thunderbolt Raceway. James Sofronas, of Newport Beach , Calif. , will start second.
