2008 USA IMSA Lites 2 Champion Tom Drewer has tested with Championship winning team Comprent Motorsport at the Road Atlanta circuit in Georgia, USA.

Drewer, who dominated the L2 Championship in his first year of competition in North America; qualifying on pole-position for every round, winning 10 from 12 races including his first in both America and Canada and setting 5 new track lap records; was invited by Comprent Motorsport to test the 2.3 litre Mazda powered Élan DP-02 Lites 1 car driven to victory this year by American Jonathan Goring.

VICI was gaining competitiveness thoughout 2008

Forty cars were on hand for the first of two days of Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series presented by Crown Royal Cask No. 16 testing Tuesday at Daytona International Speedway, as teams and drivers logged nearly eight-and-a-half hours of quality track time at the 3.56-mile track.
