David Coulthard Confirmed for the Race of Champions

13-times Grand Prix winner to race for Britain alongside Jenson Button and Andy Priaulx

David Coulthard has become the third British driver to be confirmed for this year's Race of Champions, which takes place at Wembley Stadium on Sunday 14 December. The Scot, who retires from F1 competition at the end of the weekend's Brazilian Grand Prix, will join fellow F1 star Jenson Button and triple World Touring Car Champion Andy Priaulx as the best drivers in the world compete for the title of "Champion of Champions."

The 2008 International GT Open title will be decided tomorrow and the fight is hotter than ever after today's result in the Pro-Am race of the Catalunya GT Open. Andrea Montermini and Michele Maceratesi won brilliantly the race on their Playteam SaraFree Ferrari F430, re-launching themselves in the title for the race, as championship leaders Richard Lietz-Gianluca Roda (Autorlando Porsche) finished sixth, and now their lead over the Italian pair is reduced to 4 points only.

Drama as GT Open Prepare for Title Decider!

Yesterday evening, after the Pro-Am race, the stewards took a number of decisions. Car #10, the AE of Pasini-Bonetti classified 3rd, received a 30" penalty for cutting the chicane in the last lap, dropping to 12th position. For the same reason,car #21, the Edil Cris Ferrari of Monfardini-Frezza, classified 4th; was sanctioned with 30" and dropped to 8th position.
