Muhlner Motorsport's preparation for the Spa 24hrs is in full swing

Francorchamps. The Spa-Francorchamps, Belgium based Muhlner Motorsport Team will be running two Porsche 911 GT3 Cup S cars in the G3 Division of their home race, the Spa 24hrs.

AF Corse will hope for better luck then what they had at Le Mans where they retired early

Next Saturday will take place the fifth competition of the FIA GT championship on the Spa-Francorchamps circuit; the Af Corse team will take part at this 24 hours race with the two Ferrari F430 GT2 which are dominating the championship up to now. Tafel Racing and Watchmaker Ulysse Nardin Announce 2008 Partnership

ATLANTA, July 29, 2008 - Tafel Racing and Swiss watchmaker Ulysse Nardin introduced a marketing partnership today for the remainder of the 2008 American Le Mans Series season. Team principal Jim Tafel (Alpharetta, Ga.) announced the relationship between the Le Locle, Switzerland timepiece artisans and the Cumming, Ga.- based race team for both the No. 71 Tafel/Bell Micro Racing Ferrari F430 GTC, driven by Dominik Farnbacher (Ansbach, Germany) and Dirk Müller (a native of Germany living in Monaco), and the No. 73 Tafel Racing Ferrari F430 GTC raced by Jim Tafel and Alex Figge (Denver, Col.).

Marcel Fassler will race at Road America for Audi

Ingolstadt -- The Swiss racing driver Marcel Fassler (32) gets the chance to contest two races in the American Le Mans Series with the Audi R10 TDI. The former DTM driver starts at Road America (9 August) and Detroit (30 August) for Team Audi Sport North America as team-mate to Emanuele Pirro.
