Audi Honoured for Best Teamwork


Audi has received special recognition from Motorsport Industry Association

Ingolstadt -- In the 2008 season Audi won everything the brand had set its sights on: The Four Rings stood for the four victories in the DTM, the American Le Mans Series, the Le Mans Series in Europe and the 24 Hours of Le Mans in what has so far been its most successful racing season. Audi now received special recognition for its string of successes with the R10 TDI and the A4 DTM by the Motorsport Industry Association (MIA), an important organisation of the British motorsport industry.

Big Changes at N.Technology


N.Technology will support Campos Racing with the Honda WTCC cars while N.Technology considers its long term future

N.Technology Spa Shareholders' Meeting - Following a meeting from the company’s Board of Directors, taking into consideration some of the manufacturers decisions to postpone the terms of participation into the sporting activities under discussions, as well as the worldwide critical economical state, N.Technology has decided to suspend its participation in the FIA World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) in 2009 and put the company into liquidation.

RML Wins Business of the Year Award


RML have collected another prestigious award

RML last night collected the Motorsport Industry Association (MIA) Business Excellence Award for Business of the Year 2008. The award was a result of nominations from fellow MIA members who voted for companies they feel have achieved outstanding performances in their field over the last year.

BMW Confirms WTCC Plans


BMW will continue with the national team concept in WTCC

Munich, 8th January 2009. BMW is to keep faith in its tried and tested national team concept for the 2009 FIA World Touring Car Championship. Three experienced teams will run five BMW 320si WTCC cars, receiving support from the national BMW sales organisations.
