Pescarolo Sport will be strengthened in 2008

Henri Pescarolo of Pescarolo Sport and Jacques Nicolet of Saulnier Racing have teamed up to form Group Pescarolo Automobiles.
The company will create machines for both the LMP1 and LMP2 category with both Pescarolo Sport and Saulnier Racing to run chassis made under this organisation.
The team will also prepare and race cars in historic racing.
This announcement comes after Oreca and Courage Competition merged earlier this year. These two mergers should create a better platform for privateers to compete against the factory cars.
It is expected that there will be additional teams using cars from this outfit in 2008.
