Liz Halliday's difficult year is not getting any better

Horsepower International Inc, funding co-ordinator of Liz Halliday, has issued a Claim against Team Modena for repayment of around £100,000 in a multiple breach of contract claim. Liz is also a Claimant in the action, seeking damages against the Team, also for multiple breaches of contract.
A spokesman for Horsepower International said: "It is regrettable, but we have exhausted all reasonable attempts to reach a practicable solution with regards to repayment of the outstanding monies. Team Modena’s attitude throughout this process has left us with no other option."
