  • The #8 Team Peugeot Total, Peugeot 908 HDI FAP went into the pits and straight into its garage with gear selection problems. The team then spent twenty minutes sorting it all out but when the car rejoined it was seven laps behind the leaders.
  • Emanuel Collard driving the #16 Pescarolo Sport, Pescarolo Judd had a spin just after the pit entry. He got spun around probably due to coming into contact with another car He rejoined quickly and was back in the race not having lost too much time.
  • The #9 Peugeot Sport Total, Peugeot 908 HDI FAP was shown the black flag by the stewards and had to pit. The reason was that the headlights were not working. It is mandatory that all cars must run with their headlights on. The Peugeot crew quickly replaced the entire front body section and the car rejoined. The whole operation only cost the team around two minutes which is about two thirds of a lap.
