- #16 Pescarolo Sport, Pescarolo Judd came into the pits and the ECU was replaced. It was in the pits for six minutes.
- 18:12 Christophe Bouchut lost his rear left wheel on the descent from the Dunlop bridge and went far off into the gravel. The #50 Larbre Competition, Saleen S7R made it back to pits with some difficulty because Bouchout only had three wheels on the car. When the car arrived back in the pits it couldn’t stop and the team had to grab the rear wing as it went past.
- The #94 Speedy Racing Team, Spyker C8 Laviolette has had a new alternator fitted and is back into race.
- The Modena Team Aston Martin #59 lost the tread of its left rear tyres at Mulsanne. Jos Menten manged to reach the pits and the team took the opportunity of the repair to perform a pilot change with Christian Fittipaldi.
- The #14 Creation Autosportif Ltd, Creation Aim Ca07 with Johnny Mowlem driving was running 31st overall, when it spun off at Arnage. It didn’t hit anything but the team decided to bring the car back into the pits to check it over. There was a small delay immediately after the spin while Mowlem sorted himself out, rejoined the track and headed back to the pits.
- The #85 Spyker Squadron b.v., Spyker C8 Laviolette of Dumbreck, Kelleners and Vasiliev which has been in the box since shortly after 6pm due to an engine oil leak, officially retired at 6:34pm due to engine failure.
- 18:40 The #19 Chamberlain-Synergy Motorsport, Lola Aer B06-10 is in the pits and for the first time in the race Amanda Stretton has taken over. However it was a very short stint when she hit the wall twice and stopped in a cloud of smoke.
- #21 Epsilon Euskadi, Epsilon Euskadi Judd, driven by Nakano had a huge moment coming down the Mulsanne straight. The car got back to the pits and the team have replaced the steering wheel and paddle shift.
