Former F1 driver Ivan Capelli got back behind the wheel of a racing car again at the final round of the 2008 Australian GT Championship.

Racing a Maserati Trofeo GT3, Capelli soon found his racing groove again. The video released by Trofeo Motorsport, the team running Capelli's car shows the first couple laps of race 2.

Starting mid pack, he makes his way through the field quickly before coming up against the defending Champ and FIA GT/LMS runner Allan Simonsen.
