Team Kolles will be back in the Le Mans Series in 2010 racing the Audi R10 TDI. The team also aims to compete in the Le Mans 24 Hours and the Le Mans Intercontinental Cup.

Kolles raced two cars in the 2009 Le Mans Series and 24 Hours of Le Mans where they gained in pace and competitiveness after a lackluster start to the season.

It is not entirely clear as to whether the team will compete with one car or two. Information from the team, in German suggested two cars but any information in English has been unclear.

Adding to the confusion is that Kolles sold an R10 after the end of the season to a suspected collector.

In any case we should have to wait long as they will be announcing drivers in the new year.

The Audi R10 had received exemptions from some of the 2010 rules so long as it was campaigned by a private team.
