  • Aston Martin Racing's official Twitter page has said:

    "We expect to see a AMR Gulf LMP in the ALMS this year with an old and new face at the wheel"

    Interesting - no? And only fuels the fires of what Aston Martin Racing will be doing this year and adds to recent rumours we have heard on Adrian Fernandez's desire to run an Aston Martin in 2010


  • Endurance-Info has reported that sportscar stalwart, Pierre Bruneau will run the Radical SR9 AER LMP2 car in 2010. Bruneau had run the car with the Bruichladdich team in 2009 but as the Bruichladdich team will run a Zytek, Bruneau will run the car under Pierre Bruneau Competition. Marc Rostan will be the second driver and a third is yet to be announced. It is understood that some development has been done on the car

  • Élan Motorsports Technologies (EMT) and Carl Haas Automobile Imports, Inc., announced an agreement that will see the Haas group assume distribution responsibilities for products manufactured by Élan. The offerings – constructed by the Braselton, Ga.-based arm of Panoz Motor Sports Group – include a full line of race cars, parts, update kits and other components for motorsports teams across multiple competition platforms and sanctioning bodies.

    Scott Atherton: "Collectively we have opportunities like never before to expand the scope and reach of all the assets and resources within EMT nationally and globally."

    Élan will continue to exclusively build and manufacturer a wide range of world-class race cars and accessories for competition in the American Le Mans Series, IMSA, Superleague Formula, F2000 and SCCA, among others. Carl Haas Automobile Imports will handle inventory, trackside service and distribute EMT’s world-class racing products worldwide.
