LAKEVILLE, Conn. - Nic Jonsson captured his first career Rolex Series pole with a time of 48.786 (110.687 mph), wheeling the No. 75 Ford Lola for Krohn Racing.

Rounding out the top five overall are: Antonio Garcia, Ricky Taylor, Jon Fogarty and Memo Rojas.

In GT, Jordan Taylor laid down the fastest time of 53:315 (101.284 mph) in the No. 30 Mazda RX-8.

Taylor was trailed by Adam Christodolou, James Gue, Sylvain Tremblay and Andy Lally, who was the only non-Mazda driver to break into the top five in the No. 07 Banner Racing Corvette.
